HOW TO SEND PRODUCTS?
Upon your choice of frame, it will be sent in its special box and "ready to use" as soon as it comes out of the box.
Our professionally prepared products reach you in their own special protective box without any damage.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will first receive an email confirming that your order has been paid and is ready to ship.
After the initial email, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Emails sometimes end up in your junk folder by mistake, if you don't seem to have received the email, please check your junk folder as well.
If you have not received any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking update, please send an email to info@artznposter.com with the name or email you ordered and we will help you track your order.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days, depending on the cargo company's busy schedule.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register by sending your return request to our e-mail address info@artznposter.com.
After registration, you will receive an email with instructions and address details.
You are responsible for shipping and custom charges.
Your return package should be well protected.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
According to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, all customers have 14 days to withdraw from their purchases.
14 days starts from the day you receive the product.
We will refund the amount to you within 14 days after we receive the return.
The product you want to return must be returned to us within 14 days after your return notification.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
All costs associated with the return will be credited back to your account.

Note: All orders purchased on DISCOUNT or a coupon code of more than 14% are excluded from our return policy on artznposter.com.
If the product you purchased is out of stock on artznposter.com, the return policy is not included.
We do not accept returns on special orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
We do not accept returns for design changes.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order!
If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If products are returned to us due to the customer not receiving their package, we charge a fee of ₺65.
This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IF THE ORDER IS LOST DURING SHIPPING?
All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
But don't worry!
We will cover the shipping costs of a new order for you.
We may ask for your help to confirm that the shipping address is correct.
You can contact the cargo company in your region to try to find the lost order. Informing us afterwards will allow us to find a solution faster.
Please note that if the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you say the order has not been delivered, we will not be responsible and cannot reship that order.
